CanAlaska Sets Stock Options

Vancouver, Canada, February 1st, 2013 - CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. (TSX -- CVV) ("CanAlaska" or the "Company")
has granted an aggregate of 1,714,000 incentive stock options to purchase common shares at $0.25 per share, for a period of five years, to directors officers and consultants, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan.
