Vancouver, Canada, November 5, 2013 – CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. (TSX — CVV) (“CanAlaska” or the “Company”) confirms for shareholders’ information that it has made application to list its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. The application has been made in response to the Toronto Stock Exchange’s announcement on November 1, 2013 that the Company no longer meets the market capital requirements of the TSX.
The Company has granted to directors, officers and consultants an aggregate of 1,191,750 incentive stock options to purchase shares at an exercise price of $0.12 for a five year period.
