ARTICLE from “UxC White Paper: Prospects for China’s Nuclear Program”

International at Ux Consulting (UxC), which is a leading global nuclear market consultancy
based in the United States. Significant input for this paper was also provided by Dr. Hui
Zhang, Senior Research Associate at the Project on Managing the Atom in the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

program of any country in the world today, and it is likely to surpass all the currently leading nuclear power countries, including Japan, France, and the United States, by the middle of the next decade, if not earlier.
